I was the heaviest I had ever been...
I was overweight my entire life, but In 2018 the scale started creeping up day by day until I gained an additional 30 pounds. I stepped on the scale and my heart dropped - I was the heaviest I’d been In my entire life. I felt like a failure. I felt embarrassed. I hated my body. And I promised myself, “I will never let myself get this heavy again.”
I went on a mission and tried every diet I saw success stories for online - keto, paleo, atkins, carnivore, Intermittent fasting, carb cycling, military diet, smoothie detoxes - you name It! But every single diet and weight loss program I tried only made me have Intense cravings and hit a weight loss plateau, so I would fall off track after a few weeks and gain back the weight I had lost.
