I was the heaviest I had ever been...

I was overweight my entire life, but In 2018 the scale started creeping up day by day ​until I gained an additional 30 pounds. I stepped on the scale and my heart dropped - I ​was the heaviest I’d been In my entire life. I felt like a failure. I felt embarrassed. I ​hated my body.
